This class is for boxing beginners to learn fundamentals like footwork and basic punches. The coach will teach hand wrapping and jump rope skills to improve or prepare for a full training hour. No experience required, but gloves, hand wraps, and jump rope are mandatory.
This is NOT cardio boxing! Coaches design different training sessions that include bag work, foot work, boxing fundamentals, technique, defensive & offensive drills. In this training class, if done consistently, you will learn how to throw punches correctly, how to move and how to box!
Boxing fundamentals grads have access to advanced training. Partner drills and mitt-work will boost your skills and confidence for sparring. Adults 18+ only. Bring gloves, wraps, and jump rope.
